    - 1 tsp matcha powder 

    - 60 ml hot water 

    - 200 ml warm milk (cow, oat, almond…) 


    👉 Whisk matcha with hot water until frothy. Pour warm milk over it, add honey or syrup if desired. Creamy, cozy, energizing.

  • Matcha smoothie

    - 1 tsp matcha powder 

    - 1 banana 

    - 200 ml almond milk 

    - Handful of spinach (optional) 

    - Ice cubes 


    👉 Blend everything until smooth. Refreshing, sweet, and packed with vitamins.

  • Matcha chia pudding

    - 1 tsp matcha powder 

    - 200 ml coconut milk 

    - 3 tbsp chia seeds 

    - 1 tbsp maple syrup 


    👉 Mix matcha with milk & syrup. Stir in chia seeds, refrigerate overnight. Wake up to a creamy, healthy superfood dessert.
